Description Petr Pisar 2021-04-06 08:34:44 UTC
perl-RPM2-1.4-14.fc35 fails to build in F35 because a test fails:

$ perl -Iblib/{lib,arch} test.pl
1..62
# Running under perl version 5.032001 for linux
# Current time local: Tue Apr  6 10:31:53 2021
# Current time GMT:   Tue Apr  6 08:31:53 2021
# Using Test.pm version 1.31

error: /home/test/fedora/perl-RPM2/RPM2-1.4/test-rpm-1.0-1.noarch.rpm: invalid signature tag Archivesize (1046)
error reading package at blib/lib/RPM2.pm line 78.

A difference between passing and failing build root is at <https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/build/10084773>. An upgrade of rpm-libs from 4.16.1.2-6.fc34 to 4.16.1.3-1.fc35 looks suspicious.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 35 development cycle.
Changing version to 35.

Comment 2 Jitka Plesnikova 2022-03-03 09:00:20 UTC
The regression in rpm was fixed and the tests pass. The tests was enabled.
