My cluster had podnetworkconnectivitychecks with a failure, but IO didn't have config/podnetworkconnectivitychecks.json in archive

oc edit podnetworkconnectivitycheck network-check-source-worker-0-to-network-check-target-worker-0 -n openshift-network-diagnostics

I used IO that I built from

no success so far

There was a problem that clusterrole on quicklab cluster was not updated.
config/podnetworkconnectivitychecks.json was normally collected on cluster-bot 
 verified on 4.9.0-0.ci-2021-04-25-100527
