There was a problem that clusterrole on quicklab cluster was not updated. config/podnetworkconnectivitychecks.json was normally collected on cluster-bot verified on 4.9.0-0.ci-2021-04-25-100527 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. My cluster had podnetworkconnectivitychecks with a failure, but IO didn't have config/podnetworkconnectivitychecks.json in archive oc edit podnetworkconnectivitycheck network-check-source-worker-0-to-network-check-target-worker-0 -n openshift-network-diagnostics status: ... failures: - latency: 19.060009292s message: 'network-check-target-worker-0: failed to establish a TCP connection to 10.128.2.2:8080: dial tcp 10.128.2.2:8080: i/o timeout' reason: TCPConnectError success: false time: "2021-04-25T21:22:19Z" I used IO that I built from https://github.com/openshift/insights-operator/commit/0f5d26c29c42303ebcc22e0a93ae0b5fac93188e no success so far
