Description of problem:
python3-httpx-0.16.1-1.fc32 was added to F32 six months ago [0], but it has never been installable because it requires python3.8dist(httpcore) >= 0.12.  Please update python3-httpcore to resolve this.  Reviewing the upstream changelog doesn't indicate any backwards incompatibilities going from 0.9.1 to 0.12.3 [1].

1. dnf install python3-httpx


Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides (python3.8dist(httpcore) >= 0.12 with python3.8dist(httpcore) < 0.13) needed by python3-httpx-0.16.1-1.fc32.noarch
  - nothing provides (python3.8dist(rfc3986) >= 1.3 with python3.8dist(rfc3986) < 2) needed by python3-httpx-0.16.1-1.fc32.noarch


Expected results:
successful installation
