Description of problem:
When deploying osp16.2, deployment of the compute nodes halts with an error message during step5[1]

How reproducible:
Unknown, doesn't seem to happen on other setups

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy osp16.2, tls-e

Deployment fails
