Description of problem:
When deploying osp16.2, deployment of the compute nodes halts with an error message during step5[1]

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHOS-16.2-RHEL-8-20210511.n.0

How reproducible:
Unknown, doesn't seem to happen on other setups

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy osp16.2, tls-e

Actual results:
Deployment fails

Expected results:
Deployment succeeds
