pvc status is "Bound"

Description of problem:
PVC status is always in 'Bound' status when it is actually cloning

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
master

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM from a template with a boot source defined
2. In the console, locate the PVC in the VM's namespace that has been created
3. View the summary page

Actual results: State is shown as "Bound"


Expected results: State is shown as "Clone in progress" or "Cloning"

it's not fixed on master yet.

can you provide your scenario? specific source/template?

Don't see difference from the last video, it's showing a 'Pending' before the clone starts, but not showing cloning or importing.

"Smart cloning isn’t spawning any workers, so the PVC is bound immediately"
Move the bug back to ON_QA as it only support normal clone, no smart clone.

Verified that if the storageclass is HP, status 'Cloning' shows.
