Verified:

Verified with:
- Satellite 6.10.0 snap 12
- tfm-rubygem-foreman_rh_cloud-4.0.25.1-1.el7sat.noarch

Test steps:
- Register satellite content host with host_registration_insights or host_registration_remote_execution parameters set.
- Go to Configure > Inventory upload and start inventory report generate and upload process.
- Download generated inventory report.
- Go to c.r.c and see if hosts are updated as per report.

Observations:
- Host uploaded to c.r.c successfully.
- json file contains following data:

                {
                    "key": "host_registration_insights",
                    "namespace": "satellite_parameter",
                    "value": "true"
                },
                {
                    "key": "host_registration_remote_execution",
                    "namespace": "satellite_parameter",
                    "value": "true"
