Description of problem:

If a host has host_registration_insights or host_registration_remote_execution parameters set, there is a chance it won't be uploaded to the inventory

How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
Set at least one of the parameters mentioned above to true and upload the hosts to the cloud.

Actual results:
Host won't be uploaded to the cloud due to validation failure.
Observe the generated report and look for the following json in tags section:

Additional info:
There is a validation that the values are strings. Those values are generated as booleans, hence the error.
