Description of problem:

Error when attempting to customize module install

Oops, we're sorry but something went wrong ERF42-5962 [Foreman::Exception]: No template mapped to feature Katello: Module Stream Actions



Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.10.0-12.0

How reproducible:
test fails every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install walrus, then dnf module reset walrus
2. Search: name = walrus and stream = 5.21
3. From Actions menu, select Customize, select Install

Actual results:
Oops, we're sorry but something went wrong ERF42-5962 [Foreman::Exception]: No template mapped to feature Katello: Module Stream Actions

Expected results:
job_template_selector is displayed
Remote execution for module actions should succeed

Is this a regression from Satellite 6.9?
