The new release contains:
 * Support for encrypted archives, which is needed for Bug 1991575.
 * Port to meson, which would be nice to have given the fact that Autotools support has been removed upstream.
 * Some bug fixes.

Sanity tested through nautilus-40.2-2.el9.x86_64 that needs this rebased version for the encrypted archives support. Looks good.

Everything works as expected. Only issues found are the same which Vita already filled here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1995578 and https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1995615
