Description of problem:
In Chinese UI, go to Agenda Wizard, Translation for Date ComboBox doesn't make sense

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select Chinese (China Mainland) at log in
2. Launch OpenOffice.org Writer, select File - Wizards - Agenda from the menu bar
3. Click '2. General information' under Steps pane
4. Click Date ComboBox
  
Actual results:
Translation for 'S M T W T F S' doesn't make sense, it is 'æ æ æ æ æ æ æ'

Expected results:
It could be 'ä¸ äº ä¸ å äº å­ æ¥'
