Description
Upstream Release Monitoring
2021-09-14 07:16:26 UTC
This package has changed maintainer in Fedora. Reassigning to the new maintainer of this component. Automation has figured out the package is retired in rawhide. If you like it to be unretired, please open a ticket at https://pagure.io/releng/new_issue?template=package_unretirement Sorry for the situation. I will continue to maintain this package. > Automation has figured out the package is retired in rawhide. > > If you like it to be unretired, please open a ticket at https://pagure.io/releng/new_issue?template=package_unretirement I opened the ticket. Unretire rpms/bowtie https://pagure.io/releng/issue/11282 Working in progress to rebase bowtie to the latest version 1.3.1 on my forked repo's branch: https://src.fedoraproject.org/fork/jaruga/rpms/simde/tree/wip/rebase Working for one test failure: https://github.com/BenLangmead/bowtie/issues/136 . Maybe I will just trim the gcc flag `-Wp,-D_GLIBCXX_ASSERTIONS` to pass the tests. I sent the PR: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/bowtie/pull-request/3 . The PR was merged. I have an issue when running the `fedpkg build` that I experienced in another package. I assume the package was not properly unretired.
