Description Neal Gompa 2021-09-15 23:49:39 UTC
Description of problem:
libudisks2-devel is not currently shipped in CentOS Stream 9, despite being previously shipped in CentOS Stream 8 (introduced in bug 1790668) and being built as part of the package (see https://kojihub.stream.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=13175).

I need this at work for building the Datto Linux Backup Agent, which uses the UDisks2 libraries for a variety of storage enumeration and orchestration tasks.

Per the unshipped packages policy, I would like to request this package to be added back to the distribution.

Additional information:
I previously talked about DLA and this package for CentOS Stream 8 in a talk for Red Hat Summit community talks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHOsMK8i-9s
