Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): OCP 4.9.0-0.nightly-2021-09-18-052905 and ODF 4.9.0-142.ci


How reproducible: Everytime


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install odf-operator
2. Create storagesystem, check the description to use an existing StorageClass on Backing storage page.

Actual results: Description to use an existing StorageClass while creating StorageSystem needs to be re-phrased.

Please refer to the attached screenshot.


Expected results: This is not only meant to use an existing infrastructure StorageClass so needs re-phrasing. 

@ygalanti might know it better.

hey, can we just remove the word "infrastructure"? and that will mean all pre-created storage classes
