Reported bug for slow migration on nested clusters:
For 4.9 : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2014438
Clone for 4.8.3: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2014482

Comment 2 zhe peng 2021-10-19 10:26:34 UTC
verify with build:
CNV-v4.8.3-19
HCO index image: registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/iib:123247

step:
1. create vm with read-only CDROM(virtio-win)
2. waiting vm start.
3. do live migration.
vm migrate successfully. Take ~4 mins.
verify this only on Bare Metal setup.
