Link to Storage dashboards

Description of problem:
Solution for BZ 1999717 was to remove Storage dashboards. Dashboards are removed but there is still a link to them in Status card on Overview page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ocs-operator.v4.8.2-180.ci
OCP 4.8.0-0.nightly-2021-10-04-203429

How reproducible:
1/1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ODF Managed Service addon.
2. Navigate to Home -> Overview
3. Click Storage in Status card.
4. Click OpenShift Container Storage in popup.

Actual results:
User is redirected to a missing page.

Expected results:
The link should not be present if there are no dashboards available.

@fbalak
This was never produced on an OSD or ROSA deployment. So why are we opening it on the odf-managed-service component?
It need to be opened on the console component
