Doc Text:	.Users can now set up Kafka connectivity with SASL in a non-TLS environment Previously, due to a failure in configuring the TLS certificate for Ceph Object Gateway, it was not possible to configure Kafka topic with SASL (user and password). Description of problem:

Failed to send bucket notifications to Kafka with ssl listener

While enabled a non-SSL listener on Kafka and that seems to work with Ceph

Once at customer's environment

RGW fail to send notification to Kafka ssl listener 

Expected results:
RGW notification should be sent to Kafka successfully

basic fix verification is done and automated regression is run. Moving to verification.
