Since Setuptools 58+ upstream removed support for 2to3 during
builds. This is breaking change and thus package is FTBFS.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle.
Changing version to 36.

I think that updating to the latest version as per bug 2050692.

The COPR builds are now passing
