Reproducing the failure : PFA the screenshot (RHEL9-reproducer.png) 


Pre-verifying the fix on : 

# subscription-manager version
server type: Red Hat Subscription Management
subscription management server: 3.2.21-1
subscription management rules: 5.41
subscription-manager: 1.29.21-1.git.0.d3fb25b.el9

In SCA mode we no longer show installed product status in cockpit and CLI ; the Red icon in the cockpit UI is also removed. (PFA : RHEL9-Pre-verification)

Based on the above observation, setting verified:tested

Verifying fix on subscription-manager-1.29.21-1.el9.x86_64

- 1979323: Cockpit - do not show red red icon in SCA mode (jhnidek)
