Yash - now that the AV 8.5.z stream bug 2025609 was created/assigned - can you create the 8.4.z-stream bug? 

Then I can duplicate bug 2021981 to that bug in order to work on closing the loop on this.

Also if you can set blocker+ on RHEL 8.6.0 bug 1981782 (I just cleared the zstream? flag there).

Once the 8.4.z stream is cloned, we should close this as a duplicate of the RHEL bug (and see if any bots complain).

Used this BZ as the AV 8.4z bug - so we don't need to run the cloning tool again.

This bug can be CLOSED now.

This bug has served its purpose to allow creation of z-stream clones.
