Verified with qemu-kvm-5.2.0-16.module+el8.4.0+13460+2e130eec.13.x86_64:

vhost-user 2 queues post copy live migration works well. No qemu crash and no any other errors.

So this issue has been fixed very well. Move to 'VERIFIED'.
