Previously, RHEL 7 hosts could not be added to the Red Hat Virtualization Manager in clusters with level 4.3 or 4.2.
In this release, RHEL 7 hosts can be added to the Red Hat Virtualization Manager successfully in clusters with level 4.3 or 4.2. For additional details, see BZ#2019807.

So the nmcli general reload conf is supported only from el8, we need to adjust the code to do the service restart on el7 then. rhel 7.9 based host successfully added to engine 4.4.10-2 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
