Description of problem:

By installing langpacks-th, all of the thai-scalable-*-fonts packages get pulled in, with the single exception of thai-scalable-laksaman-fonts.  This looks like an oversight, and Laksaman is quite a nice font, so could it also be Recommended by langpacks-th please?

Sorry but somehow I can fix this in F36 only. I have built new update now langpacks-3.0-20.fc36 which adds thai-scalable-laksman-fonts package.
