This bug has been verified on payload 4.10.0-0.nightly-2022-01-11-065245 Verification Step: 1. Login OCP, and navigate Operators -> Operator Hub, choose one to install, example 'OpenShift Data Foundation' 2. Select 'Manual' Update approval on Operator Installation page while installing ODF 4.10 on OCP 4.10 3. Verify if approve and deny button is exist on manual approval required page Result: 3. Options to Approve or Deny is present Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
