Downgrade kwin-x11 and kwayland-server to work around for now.
Run `sudo dnf downgrade kwin-x11 kwayland-server`.

Comment 4 Robin Lee 2022-02-14 05:47:41 UTC
I will make a new build of deepin-kwin as a wrapper of plain kwin.

Comment 7 Justin Albstmeijer 2022-02-15 18:08:54 UTC
Now the panel starts, but takes almost 30 seconds.

Also did a `sudo dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing deepin-*` as I saw there where more Deepin related updates, but the same result.
