Description of problem:
The package list of a repository is not rendering with a JS error.

Maybe related to the enabled OStree support in my instance (didn't try without)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 7.0 Snap 5

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a product
2. create a repository
3. upload an rpm
4. go to the package list to see said rpm (that is, satellite.example.com/products/1/repositories/1/content/packages)


Actual results:
empty page

Expected results:
list of packages

the developer console mentions an error:

unrelated to OSTree, also happens in an onstree-disabled environment

oh, and the repo in question is "yum", so it shouldn't even have to load ostree support
