Description of problem:

When clicking on the "Technical Reference" doc entry from RHV welcome page, the following link is referred: 
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/red_hat_virtualization/4.4/html/technical_reference/

This should have been auto forwarded to the following doc (by adding the locale):
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_virtualization/4.4/html/technical_reference/

but instead it is auto forwarded to a wrong doc:
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_virtualization/4.4/html/introduction_to_the_vm_portal

1. Click on the "Technical Reference" documentation link on welcome page

Please provide a link to the welcome page where the invalid link appears. I am unable to replicate the issue.

I went to https://access.redhat.com/products/red-hat-virtualization but unfortunately, I do no see a link to the technical reference guide.

I then went to https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_virtualization/4.4. On this page, the link to the technical reference guide is accurate.

The redirect has been fixed.
