"Guide" documentation link in Help menu of Administration Portal returns a "404 not found" error.

The hard coded link appears to be:

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/red_hat_virtualization/

which is missing the language/locale element, and does not resolve into: 

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_virtualization

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. In the Help menu of Administration portal, click the Guide link.

Actual results: 404 not found


Expected results: documentation portal splash page displayed.

- It is expected that if no locale is included, it'll be automatically resolved and forwarded to a URL containing the default English locale (en-us).
