This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle. Changing version to 36. This package worked in the F35 mass rebuild [0] with python3-3.10.0~b4-2.fc35. It then failed in the F36 mass rebuild [1] with python3-3.10.2-2.fc36. A local F35 rebuild using python3-devel-3.10.4-1.fc35 fails for me now. My theory is that something changed between beta4 and the 3.10.0 release that introduced this issue. I found an upstream commit [2] that fixes the failing test.
