This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle. Changing version to 36. From a build.log: lib/libutil/meson.build:35:5: ERROR: Got unknown keyword arguments "install" A full log can be found at /builddir/build/BUILD/xmlrpc-c-1.51.0/redhat-linux-build/meson-logs/meson-log.txt RPM build warnings: RPM build errors: error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.rAbVXB (%build) Posted a PR: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/xmlrpc-c/pull-request/1 But after this, *PLEASE* consider either updating and getting this meson build merged upstream, or drop it and use upstream's build system, so that this no longer blocks version updates. This package is way behind upstream, which does not go with Fedora's "First" principle.
