The repository is in inconsistent state, the sources for 7.4 were not uploaded, while the .spec was modified. BTW the package also went unnoticed by mass rebuild.

The mass rebuild committed and attempted a rebuild but since the SRPM was not buildable, Koji does not associate the build with the package. See https://pagure.io/releng/issue/8601

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle.
Changing version to 36.
