5021069 merged and placed in repository as of this moment, this can now be reviewed.

It might be worth explaining, what is the difference between this package and bug #2051069. From summary it seems they do the same thing. Is there any difference? Could it be explained in log package description? I could not make a difference just from reading their summary.

khealthcertificate is the library where the functionality is stored, vakzination is an application that utilises that functionality.
