There is currently a known issue. The *ProjectHelmChartRepository* custom resource (CR) does not show up in the cluster because the API schema for this CR has been merged but has not been initialized in the cluster yet. (link:https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2054197[BZ#2054197])

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Developer Perspective 
2. Search -> Click on resources dropdown
3. Search for ProjectHelmChartRepository 

Actual results:
ProjectHelmChartRepository resource type is not available

Expected results:
Should be able to see ProjectHelmChartRepository resource type
