the API schema has been merged but has not been initialized in our cluster yet.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Developer Perspective 
2. Search -> Click on resources dropdown
3. Search for ProjectHelmChartRepository 

Actual results:
ProjectHelmChartRepository resource type is not available

Expected results:
Should be able to see ProjectHelmChartRepository resource type
