It might be caused by kernel still being in beta for 8.6 and as such, not working on UEFI. Need to be re-evaluated when we have 8.6 final build. Marking this as test only as this is expected to be ok once RHEL 8.6 kernel/shim will be signed for UEFI secure boot. Test version: rhvh-4.4.10.3-0.20220321.0 rhvh-4.5.0.5-0.20220425.0 Test steps: 1. Install "RHVH-4.4-20220321.0-RHVH-x86_64-dvd1.iso" on UEFI machine 2. Login to host, setup local repos and point to "redhat-virtualization-host-4.5.0-20220425_8.6" 3. Add host to RHVM 4. Upgrade the host via RHVM 5. Check the host status after upgrade is complete Test results: After upgrade, the host reboot normally, and the host status on RHVM is "Up". So the bug is fixed, change bug status to VERIFIED. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
