Description Lukas Ruzicka 2022-03-03 11:11:00 UTC
Description of problem:

On Fedora 36 pre-beta KDE, the SDDM starts flashing and blinking a lot when trying to use a selector for desktop session or keyboard layout.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
sddm-0.19.0^git20220130.85cbf3f-2.fc36.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the machine and wait for SDDM to start.
2. Before logging in, try to select a different desktop session, or
3. Try to select a different keyboard layout.

Actual results:

When your mouse hovers over the selector, the entire screen starts flashing a lot and continues to do so, until you move your mouse from the selector.
The selectors are working.

Expected results:

Screen should stay still.

Additional info:

No error messages found either in journalctl or sddm.log
