Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a deployment and navigate to Topology.
2. Click on Deployment and open the side panel.
3.

Actual results:
The side panel style is broken. The Cross button is fixed now and there is space on the right of the scroll bar.

Expected results:
Cross button should not be fixed and should not have a space on the right of the scroll bar.


Additional info:
This `pf-topology-side-bar__body` div is missing from the TopologySidePanel component. It has been removed in this PR https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly-react/pull/6839/files#diff-d02e4fb3708ec25b4a9befb783a4436e77cdb9d5ac1600db422a3469425a1e10L62

Reopen this issue as it fixes the close position, but it also scrolls now the complete topology content area if the scrollbar content needs more height.

Verified this with the 2nd PR on 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-04-26-181148

Sidebar close button and scrollbar has the right position again and it doesn't scroll the complete screen anymore.
