Description of the problem:
When the browser refresh button is clicked in the app topology/details page, a blank page is seen

This is likely happening because the 2.4 UI is still present in the 2.5 builds. When the page is refreshed, the 2.4 is tried to be loaded causing failures. Devs expect this to go away once the 2.4 UI is disabled. We are using this bug to make sure that its tracked and that its fixed once 2.4 UI is disabled.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an app
2. Once app is created, user is taken to the application table page
3. Click on the created app
4. User is taken to the app topology page
5. Click Refresh button of the browser
6. Click on the Back button of the browser

Actual results:
A blank white page is seen

Expected results:
User should see the page they were one before pressing Refresh
