Description of the problem: When the browser refresh button is clicked in the app topology/details page, a blank page is seen This is likely happening because the 2.4 UI is still present in the 2.5 builds. When the page is refreshed, the 2.4 is tried to be loaded causing failures. Devs expect this to go away once the 2.4 UI is disabled. We are using this bug to make sure that its tracked and that its fixed once 2.4 UI is disabled. When a white blank page is displayed when a page is refreshed, it is likely that there is an issue with the way the page is being loaded or rendered. Here are a few possible causes and solutions for this issue: JavaScript errors: If there are errors in the JavaScript code, the page may not be able to load correctly. Check the browser's developer console for any error messages. Caching issues: If the browser is caching an old version of the page, it may not be able to load the updated version correctly. You can try clearing the browser's cache or using a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows, Command + Shift + R on Mac). https://www.kohlsfeedback.org/

When a web page displays a white blank page after being refreshed, it can be indicative of an issue in the application lifecycle or the loading process. Here are a few potential causes and solutions to address this problem: Caching: The browser might be caching the page content and displaying the cached version instead of making a fresh request to the server. To resolve this, you can try clearing the browser cache or adding cache-control headers to the server response to prevent caching. JavaScript Errors: There could be errors in the JavaScript code that prevent the page from rendering properly. Check the browser console for any error messages and fix the JavaScript issues accordingly. Server-side Errors: The server might be encountering errors while processing the request or retrieving https://www.mylifetouch.us/ the necessary data. Check the server logs for any error messages and handle the errors appropriately to ensure the page is rendered correctly. Resource Loading: If the page relies on external resources such as CSS files, images, or scripts, there could be issues with loading these resources. Check the network tab in the browser's developer tools to see if there are any failed requests or slow-loading resources. Fix any broken URLs or optimize resource loading to ensure they are properly fetched. Page Structure and Content: Ensure that the HTML markup is valid and well-formed. Make sure all necessary elements and content are present to render the page correctly. Check for any missing or misplaced tags, which can lead to rendering issues.
