Description of problem:
ronn is missing from epel9

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. search for ronn in epel9
2. get disappointed to find only harry and hermione
3.

Actual results:
ronn isnt there

Expected results:
ronn can do its magic

rubygem-ronn is orphaned and hasn't been in Fedora since F33.
"Since ronn is not maintained upstream anymore, this was replaced by rubygem-ronn-ng."

I am re-assigning this to rubygem-ronn-ng to see if the maintainer will build it for epel9.

I am not interested in EPEL, but feel free to do whatever is needed to get it into EPEL.

I'll check and see if this is a package the EPEL Packagers SIG wants to take on.

Just for information, to build this package needs:

rubygem-kramdown
rubygem-mustache
rubygem-nokogiri

Looks like this is a dependency of one of my packages for epel9.  Why don't I take it.
