rubygem-ronn is orphaned and hasn't been in Fedora since F33. "Since ronn is not maintained upstream anymore, this was replaced by rubygem-ronn-ng." I am re-assigning this to rubygem-ronn-ng to see if the maintainer will build it for epel9.
I am not interested in EPEL, but feel free to do whatever is needed to get it into EPEL.
