Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ODF 4.10 on OCP 4.11

Actual results:
No pop up for refresh and even after manual refresh, Storage > ODF is not popping up.

Expected results:
Storage > ODF should pop up after installing ODF 4.10 & refreshing the browser.
