Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log snippests): Version of all relevant components (if applicable): OCP 4.11 ODF 4.10 Does this issue impact your ability to continue to work with the product (please explain in detail what is the user impact)? Is there any workaround available to the best of your knowledge? Rate from 1 - 5 the complexity of the scenario you performed that caused this bug (1 - very simple, 5 - very complex)? Can this issue reproducible? Can this issue reproduce from the UI? If this is a regression, please provide more details to justify this: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install ODF 4.10 on OCP 4.11 2. 3. Actual results: No pop up for refresh and even after manual refresh, Storage > ODF is not popping up. Expected results: Storage > ODF should pop up after installing ODF 4.10 & refreshing the browser. Additional info:
Moving it to 4.10.1, this can only happen with OCP 4.11 and hence can be fixed in first z-stream of 4.10

Please test with the latest 4.11 build
I performed OCP 4.11 and ODF 4.10 installation as per the instructions and came across the following points, I am also attaching the link to the file with the screenshots of the steps that I followed. 1. I was able to see a refresh web console pop up 2. After clicking on the Storage > Open Shift Data Foundation post refresh, I didn't encounter any error. 3. Openshift Data Foundation tab was present and the page loaded post clicking on it.
