all osp17 rhel9 jobs are failed with retry_limit having error "nothing provides network-scripts-openvswitch2.17 needed by rhosp-network-scripts-openvswitch-2.17-1.el9osttrunk.noarch"
Not a CI/test blocker since we reverted to older OVS, we could close this CIX rhbz, but updating OVS to 2.17 is a release blocker for OSP17
We are adding dropped ovs network-scripts in our workaround package, I'll mark bug 2016183 as a blocker.
