Looking at the comments [0] and [1], and the code, it should be already working for the full-host images.
I'm moving the BZ to ON_QA to verify it on 6.14.

Verified.

Tested on Satellite 6.14.0 Snap 17.0

Steps followed: 
1. Configure the satellite for provisioning.
2. Create a host.
3. Download the full-host image of the created host.
4. Boot the VM with full-host image iso.

Observation: 
Host provisioned successfully with full-host image using UEFI as well as BIOS.
