Description of problem:
UI is using ssh key injection directly using cloudinit script, UI should use the new api "accessCredentials" in the virtual machine configuration.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM using wizard
2. in the review stage, edit the ssh key
3. go to yaml view

Actual results:
ssh key is set using cloud init script

Expected results:
ssh key is set using new "accessCredentials" api
