I'm working to backport azure-cli to epel9 and some of the testing requirements call for pytest-aiohttp, and that one calls for setuptools_scm.

Could you please branch and build setuptools_scm for epel9? I'd be glad to help you maintain it if needed.

It looks like it needs mercurial to build, but pytest-aiohttp is only using git.
