Description of problem:
Please build python-semver for EPEL 9, it's a dependency of python-natsort. A simple rebuild "as is" seems to work.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
python-semver-2.13.0-6.fc36

Actual results:
No python-semver in EPEL 9.

Expected results:
python-semver-2.13.0-6.el9 - or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL 9 branch.
