Description of problem:
Manifest import/refresh is failing because of products not matching

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
candlepin-4.0.16-1.el7sat.noarch
satellite-6.10.5.1-1.el7sat.noarch

How reproducible:
Unknown cause so unable to reproduce.
Reproducer has been built from backups

Manifest failing with the following error:

The fix has been verified by engineers.  There's no regression behavior observed.

Tested on 6.11 snap 25 upstream with candlepin-4.1.13-1.el7sat.noarch
